Welcome to Cabo Tours Lda (“No Limits”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, booking services, premises, vehicles, and participation in any of our activities, including but not limited to buggy tours, quad tours, catamaran excursions, and other experiences (collectively, the “Services”).
By booking, accessing, or participating in any of our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old to operate any vehicle, regardless of holding a valid driving license in your country.
1.2 Drivers must hold a valid Category B driving license. International driving permits may be required depending on local regulations.
1.3 All participants must present valid identification and, where applicable, a valid driving license before the activity.
1.4 We reserve the right to refuse participation without refund if:

2.2 Full refunds are granted for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
2.3 Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, except in cases of serious and verifiable circumstances (e.g. medical emergency), at our sole discretion.
2.4 No-shows or late arrivals (more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time) are non-refundable.
2.5 We reserve the right to modify schedules, routes, or logistics due to safety, weather, or operational reasons.

2.7 Gift cards may be purchased and used to book any of our available Services. Gift cards are valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. After this period, any unused balance will expire and cannot be refunded or extended.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards are valid for bookings only and do not guarantee availability of specific dates, times, or particular tours.
In the event that a specific tour or service is no longer available, the gift card may be used toward any other available service of equal or higher value (subject to price differences).
3.1 Participation requires strict adherence to all safety instructions provided by our staff.
3.2 A mandatory safety briefing is provided before each activity. Participation implies full acceptance of these instructions.

4.1 By operating a vehicle, the driver accepts full responsibility for its proper use.
4.2 Off-road driving involves inherent risks and is NOT covered by standard vehicle insurance policies in Cape Verde.
4.3 The driver is fully liable for any damage caused to the vehicle, third parties, or property resulting from:

5.3 You confirm that you are physically and medically fit to participate. You are responsible for evaluating your own health condition.
6.1 Participation in certain activities requires the execution of a separate waiver and release of liability form.

7.1 We maintain general liability insurance in accordance with applicable regulations.
7.2 Vehicle insurance coverage is limited and may not apply to off-road use.
7.3 Participants are responsible for any damages not covered by applicable insurance policies.
8.1 By participating in our activities, you grant us the right to capture and use photographs and videos for promotional purposes.
8.2 If you do not wish to appear in such content, you must inform our staff prior to the activity.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

We are not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including weather conditions, natural events, or governmental restrictions.
11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Cape Verde.
11.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cape Verde.
12.1 These Terms, together with any signed waiver, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
12.2 If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
12.3 The English version of these Terms shall prevail over any translations.
