Yes, we accept Credit Card payments with VISA and MasterCard.

Yes. Euros are accepted everywhere on the island.

We use the official exchange rate of the bank that is € 1 = 110 CVE. In shops and restaurants a rate of €1 = 100 CVE is often applied.

To guarantee your spot, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Reservations are only confirmed once payment has been received, and availability cannot be guaranteed without it.

Buggy and Quad Tours

No. To drive a Buggy or Quad you need to have a valid driving licence Category B.

Without a valid and original driving license the driver will not be allowed to participate and no refund will be given

No, unfortunately a provisional license is only valid in the Country of issue.

While it is not recommended for children under 6 years old, there’s no minimum age requirement, leaving the decision to the parents’ discretion.

We do also offer, under request, baby seats for children up to 3 years old

The minimum age to join the Quad Tour is 8 years old.

For children under 8 we recommend choosing a Buggy Excursion.

Yes, for safety reasons, there is a weight limit of 120 kg (265 lbs) per seat on our Buggies. This guideline comes directly from the vehicle manufacturers to ensure optimal performance and your safety throughout the tour.

Yes, for safety reasons, there is a total weight limit of 220 kg (485 lbs) per quad, whether used by one or two people. This limit is set by the vehicle manufacturers to ensure a safe and smooth ride during the tour.

Yes, we do have 4-seater Buggies available in both Sal and Boa Vista Islands

Our Quads are all for up to two people

Although it is not mandatory, we highly recommend you to wear it in order to protect you and your clothes from the dust. Thank us later 

Yes! Our tours run in all weather conditions unless there's a safety concern. Just be prepared for a bit of extra fun (and mud!) if it rains.

Yes, you’re welcome to bring your phone or camera, but please note that the tours involve off-road driving, so we recommend storing valuables safely during the ride.

  • Buggy Tours: Each buggy is equipped with a backpack where you can store your personal items securely.

  • Quad Tours: Quads do not have built-in storage, so any items you bring must be carried on you at your own risk.

Segway Tour (Sal Island Only)

Yes, the Segway can carry a maximum of 117kg / 18 stones

The minimum age is set at 6 years old but it depends on the weight of the child and on their capabilities.

No, Segways are legally considered like bicycles and therefore a driving license is not required

Catamaran Tour

Yes, if you let us know at the time of booking we can prepare a special snack for you.

Yes. Even though we don’t have any special equipment on board, our crew will be there for you and will help you to get on/off board and throughout the excursion

The 4-hour duration includes hotel transfers as well as the catamaran experience itself. The time spent onboard is approximately 3 to 3.5 hours, depending on your hotel location and transfer duration, although in most cases it is closer to 3 hours on the boat.

Sea Turtle Tour

Yes, but only without flash. Our guides will shine a red light to make it more visible.

Anyway, we personally recommend to enjoy the moment in person rather than through a display.

Turtle comes to nest only after dark. For this reason the tour has to be at night, usually beginning at 20.00

No, the Turtle Season usually goes from the beginning of July to the middle/end of October. The excursions are normally organized in the period with high possibility to see them

Of course! Our tour is family-friendly and an amazing experience for everyone, regardless of their age

No. Being nature, we cannot guarantee to see the Turtle.

However, we only start doing the excursion when the season has already started and we finish before reaching the end, and this gives us a success rate of almost 100%.

Shark Tour (Sal Island Only)

We recommend to have swimwear and a towel with you. Considering the rocky underground of Shark Bay, it is useful to wear special water shoes to protect your feet. If you don’t have any you can rent them directly on spot for only €3 per pair.

No, the sharks we visit are in their natural habitat and are not domesticated.

Even though they are not dangerous and they are not a threat for the humans, trying to touch the sharks could provoke aggressive behaviour, even the baby ones.

No, we walk into shallow water to get a closer look of the sharks but swimming/snorkeling it is not allowed as it could be dangerous.
